Reilly would do this to me occasionally. It won't be forever and I always found it came during big growth spurts (usually right around when it was time to go to the doctor for check ups and/or time to up the formula amount). If you can, put her in your bed, put pillows all around the edges so she can't go anywhere and just lay there with her. You won't be asleep, but you will be resting and it will help and she'll be happy because she has mommy. :) M
I tried to lay her down with me. I tried to get her to play. She wanted to do neither. If I put her down at all she screamed and Jimmy was still trying to sleep as he had to work this morning too. So basically, from 3:30 am until 8:00 am, we walked and bounced, bounced and walked.
I am, first and foremost now, Mommy. I have a little girl (Little Miss Angelynn Barbara, better known as Lil Miss) that was born March 25, 2009. Every day now is a learning experience for both of us.
I'm not exactly a "stay at home" mom, since I work, but she goes to work with me, so I guess I'm a full time Mommy, part time legal assistant. I'm not willing to leave her with anyone but her Daddy yet, and family when they're here. I'm selfish like that.
We live in Key West with her Daddy (Jimmy, or Daddy) and our first kiddo, the furkid, our kitty names Zeus. It's a tight fit in our little one bedroom apartment, but we make it work and it's our little family. We like it here.
I remember. I wish I could be there to help. I love to play at 5AM!
